Who I am

I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT in 2002 but was still in restaurant management and only doing massage part time. In April of 2017 I transitioned into massage fulltime and left the service industry behind me! I feel that having had such a lengthy restaurant career enables me to talk to my clients with ease, provide great customer service and really connect with folks. I am constantly learning from colleagues, taking classes and devouring whatever information I can to evolve as a therapist to better treat my clients. A self proclaimed muscle nerd, I love trying to figure out what ails you by testing muscle groups and range of motion.
